Tillerman Steak & Seafood House - A Las Vegas landmark for over 20 years. Cili Restaurant & Bar - This contemporary American cuisine with it's Asian influences overlooks the beautiful views of the nationally renowned Bali Hai Golf Club. Located on Las Vegas Blvd, just south of the Four Seasons hotel. Recognized as one of the Las Vegas's most popular power lunch eateries by the Las Vegas Review Journal. Cili offers indoor dining with it's attentive and discreet staff, complimentary valet and parking and generous table separations. Year-round patio seating is also available. The Steak House - "The Best Steak House in Las Vegas" for nearly 2 decades. One of my favorites in town by far. Intimate classic old school Vegas dining. Nice big booths and chairs with dim lighting and superb service. Enjoy the flavors of mesquite-grilled steaks aged 21 days and cooked to perfection. Prime rib, lobster, lamb chops and crab legs and more is served up daily. The Steak House has a fabulous Champagne Sunday Brunch as well. Located in the main casino of Circus Circus hotel. Fleur de Lys - How do I begin to describe this magnetic upscale dining venue located at the Mandalay Bay. Internationally renown chef, Hubert Keller puts his magic touch on the contemporary French cuisine. In 2004, Chef Keller expanded his operations to Las Vegas, opening a second Fleur de Lys. (first one located in San Francisco on Sutter Street) The pure elegance of dishes like Roast Guinea Hends with braised fennel and anchovy jus. The playing card-shape cod fish and Colorado lamb loin is sure to win over any critic. The most extravagant and expensive burger experience ever is The Fleurburger 5000, named for its hefty price tag of $5,000 dollars! Wow. Fleur de Lys has the best food and service in town. Okada - Japan born Execuive Chef, Masa Ishizawa is a veteran of the restaurant industry. Surrounded by coursing waterfalls, lush gardens and a koi filled lagoon, Okada serves authentic teppanyaki and robata cooking. The chef uses clean, simple ingredients that are seasonal and authentic. Nobhill - Inspired by San Francisco neighborhood eateries, chef Michael Mina has organic produce and poultry flown in direct from San Francisco to capture the taste and feel of the Bay Area. In 2001 with his business partner, tennis ace and Las Vegas resident Andre Agasse opened Nobhill. Picasso - Julian Serrano, the Las Vegas-based Spanish celebrity chef, has a beautiful home base--lakeside on the lower level of the Bellagio hotel, home to the famous dancing Fountains of Bellagio. The interior of this place is as wonderful as the food. There are vaulted ceilings, terrazzo tiles as well as authentic oil paintings and ceramics of the master artist, Pablo Picasso worth 11 million dollars. Charlie Palmer Steak - I must say Las Vegas really has some of the best steak houses in America. Located in The Four Seasons Hotel on Las Vegas Blvd this fine dining establishment serves a vast selection of beef options, as well as fish and chicken. Opened in November 1999, Charlie Palmer Steak is a comfortable, spacious restaurant with an understated, clubby atmosphere. There are two types of dining, an upscale dining room accented by dark mahogany panels. The second type is a cigar-friendly lounge. It's large inviting space is suitable for drinks and informal dining. All beef at Charlie Palmer Steak is certified black Angus and has been dry-aged for 21 days to insure the best flavor and tenderness. (702) 632-5120
Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare - Fresh European seafood distinguishes this addition to the Wynn's stable of superior dining establishments. Chef Paul Bartolotta celebrates the traditions of Italian coastal cuisine with fresh seafood and shellfish flown in daily from the Mediterranean waters. Corsa Cucina - A casual Italian restaurant that features a seasonally inspired blend of classic Italian favorites in a chic, sophisticated atmosphere.
